display issue in ADE 4.5

Hi all,

I've been using ADE 4.5 on Windows 10 for months. Suddenly it stopped working properly. Uninstalling and Reinstalling did not work. First I thought is was the already described and addressed "blank screen" issue. But for me it looks different. I do not see anything at all, not only the bookshelf is missing/blank. On the other hand ADE 4.5 seems to work "behind" the missing display. I can see downloaded ePapers in the "My Digital Editions" folder and when I right-click somewhere into the bookshelf I get a context menu (german in the screenshot).

So something seems to be wrong with the GUI...
