Does anyone know how to authourise ADE on a Kobo Touch?

I have downloaded and authourised my laptop. But I need to transfer books onto my Kobo but its not authourised with ADE.

You should be able to authorize it by

1. plugging Kobo into computer using USB
2. making sure Kobo is turned on
3. run ADE
4. check Kobo is showing as connected to ADE (left pane)
5. use menu/Help/Authorize Device to authorize (Library/Authorize Device if you are on older more relaible ADE v1.7.2)

I have the same issue, but when I click on Authorize Device, it keeps saying "Digital Editions has stopped working".  I've tried uninstalling DE, then reinstalling but get the same thing.  I can read the library book on my desktop, but not my Kobo Touch.  Anyone with suggestions?
