You need to go to chat and get them to "Reset your activations"

Hi,

I've got the same problem E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS Error when trying to authorize an E-Reader.

Ich habe das Problem letztendlich wie folgt gelöst:

Wichtig ist, dass die Kontoprobleme angeklickt werden. Nicht über „Kostenlose Adobe-Apps“, also Digital Editions gehen.

Den ersten Button wählen. Dann kommt zwar zuerst ein Hinweis auf die Foren aber es besteht auch die Möglichkeit den Chat zu kontaktieren.

Unter Angabe des Fehlers: E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS wurden die Aktivierungen problemlos zurückgesetzt. Die Wartezeit beim deutschen Chat war sehr gering, beim englischen hing ich lange in der Warteschleife.

Vielleicht ist dies hilfreich
