Hi All,

I'm trying to authorize a new device but this problem is happen. I tried to ask ustomer support via Chat but they told me to write it on forum wait for an expert to answer. I also search many solutions but still failed. Anybody can help me to resolve this problem 😞

I have the same problem and I can't seem to restet the activation, which is the solution given in the FAQ.
