I'm going through the process of getting CMSP, a Marketing and sales certification from SMEI. As part of the class I'm required to download ADE, which I did without issue. When I attempt to open the ACSM book (the core learning materials) I get an error of E_Adept_No_Token. I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've tried logging out and back in as the SMEI support rep said but it didn't work and they linked me here. I'm using an iMac with Mac OS 10.13.2 currently. Unsure what other data might be helpful, but I appreciate in advance any assistance from the community! If I take a while to reply, I apologize. I'll mostly be trouble shooting when I get home from work at around 4:40p PST.
