Hello! I have bought a book from Elsevier.com several days ago, managed to open it on my desktop without associating it to my Adobe ID (just authorised id on the computer), then today tried to have it on my laptop with no success. Thought that would be a good idea (no way!) to de-authorise Adobe Digital editions on my desktop and since then I cannot even open the file. Contacted Adobe support, unistalled Adobe Digital Editions, removed any registry entries as specified but with no luck, the error from title still appears (Unable to download / Error getting licence / License server communication problem / E_LIC_ALREADY FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER).
Any possible solutions?
