I am taking an online course and purchased a textbook from Fanshawe College.
I downloaded Adobe Digitial Editions 4.5. It was an update because I have used it before for online library books.
Problem: This was automatially authorized to my personal email address. The textbook is from a Vendor and under my student email address.
I have tried "deauthorizing." I keep receiving a message in red that I need to try again later.
The school can't help me. Their computer help tells me I need Adobe Digital Editions to help me fix this. The link they sent me sends me to the same repetitious loop of instructions that does not resolve my issue.
Can anyone help me?
