Error dialog user not activated?

I cannot get rid of the user not activated error when I open an ebook on my nook.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled ADE.  Unregistered and registered my nook.  Unauthorized and reauthorized my laptop and nook, and yet I still get the user not activated message when i open an ebook.  I can even open the ebook through my nook on the computer and ADE but not on the device itself.  Any ideas?

I have the same issue, did all the same things, contacted Adobe support thru "chat" and was told to go to the forums...which seems to be useless

anyone have an answer
