I am trying to download a pdf of an ebook on ADE but i am gettinga message saying "error getting license. license server communication problem: e_adept_no_token"

Please test the issue and if still you get same issue then please try following steps,
• Choose Start > Run.
• In the Open text box, type REGEDIT and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
• In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
• Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
• In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
For Mac Systems,
Go-> Go to folder. Go to folder dialog will appear.
Type ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions.
Drag the activation.dat file to the trash.

I have the same problem, and tried these steps with my Mac, but the activation.dat file does not appear when I go to the Library folder.
Also, when I try to reauthorize my account on this computer, I get a message saying that it can't be done at this time, and I should try later.
