How do you file a formal complaint about this product and the service provided through the help center/blog/call center/chat room?
My ebook causes the digital editions to crash
-Go to help blog
Blog info does not help Mac users/info does not help
-Told to contact help center
Chat takes 2 people and 2 hours
-They tell me to uninstall all adobe products and then reinstall digital editions
Does not work...still crashes
-Gives me a number for the call center
17 minute stated hold time (50 min actual) and 30 minute conversation
-Uninstall and reinstall is the only thing our script says to do. I can't help you further
Ask to see a manager to file formal complaint about help system
-Can't do that, go back to blogs
