HELP!!! I have too many applications authorized and I can't manage my devices!

CAN SOMEONE FROM ADOBE CONTACT ME? I chatted numerous time on Adobe help pages, but nobody seems to be willing to help me.

 

I registered an Adobe ID to read ebooks from my municipal library. I didn't know there was a limiting counter... And I tried several applications on my phone, my tablet, then a new Android tablet... All of a sudden, I can't come back to the most desirable setup! It says "too many applications".

 

In the Adobe portal, there is no way to manage my devices. In the chat windows, all Adobe employees tell me to come to a forum where it says "contact us". And the contact opens bakc the chat window, circling forever without solving my issue. Is Adobe a serious company?

 

DOES SOMEONE KNOW HOW TO RESET AN ADOBE ID COUNTER AND FLUSH ASSOCIATED DEVICES ON THIS PLANET????
