Help needed signing in to ADE

Hi,

I'm using a desktop pc with windows 10. I've downloaded ADE 4.5 to read ebook's from my local library.

I've authorised my computer with my vendor ID and password (image 1), but on signing in I receive message "this computer

needs to be authorised with a vendor ID to open, the book I've loaned" (image 2).

Click continue, receive message "this computer is not authorised to open, the book I've loaned" (image 3).

Click authorise, receive message "the vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again" (image 4).

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, any help would be appreciated.
