i has a Sony e-reader using "reader for pc" from several years but recently i meet problem to open e-book and Kobo said me that this system is not supported anymore and to use Adobe Digital Edition. I already have ADE 4.5 but apparently the Adobe DRM document remain protected and visible only on my pc because my computer authorization is not associated to an Adobe ID. I tried to change it but the system give me an error message "detected error on activation server - E_AUTH_NOT_READY .... the results is that i'm not able to use my e-reader anymore, Kobo say that this is a problem of ADE and Adobe said me to looking for solution on forum.
honestly not great support but i hope someone can help me.
