I’m getting an error message that says I’ve exceeded the number of machines I can authenticate. [Exact error code is E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS]
The Adobe help page says the solution to this is to contact Adobe to have the activation count reset. But when I click on the contact link provided, the chat agent tells me to post my problem in the forum. I’ve explained several times that I’ve already found the official solution page and it directed me to them, but they insist I should post my problem here.
I don’t see how this will help, but I’m doing as instructed and posting my problem here. Does anyone know how to go about getting my activation count re-set?
