How to Sync HPE Ebook with Adobe digital

Dear Support,

I have purchased the HPE0-S56 Ebook, but when i am opening the book in adobe digital its asking usrname and password,

so i entered my hpe credentials but its showing wrong, so i created new account in adobe after when i use that account so it says  says not sync. 

My question is how to Sync HPE E books with Adobe digital
