Hi All,
Purchased two e-books through the Google Play store as have done previously. Attempted to load with ADE to Kobo e-reader.
Wifey had wiped the computer so had to reinstall ADE to do so. Inadvertently authorised the computer without entering my adobe ID details as couldn't remember at the time. When I went to open the books on the Kobo it said they were DRM protected.
I have removed the authorisation from ADE and re-authorised using my adobe ID but when I try to add books to library it says the device limit has been reached, or if I add the actual files (rather than the download links) it says that they have been authorised by another user.
Any way that I can remove the authorisation from the account that they have been allocated to and reallocate to mine so that I can actually read the books?!
TIA
Have something to add?
