ipad sync with authorization?

I've downloaded the app on my ipad and signed in the authorize my account, although my library is not showing up.  Am I missing a step or something somewhere? It seems it should be seamless.  thanks

Sync seems at moment ony way work: Mobile devices to Desktop not in the other way 😕
