Limit of Number of machines allowed per ID Reached

Did a factory reset on my KOBO this evening and went back to authorize my reader, and received this error message.

I only have a PC and one E-Reader, so not sure about this limit.

Please help.  Thanks.

Did they actually help you? I tried this and they said to reset my password, and that it's the same as resetting my ID, and that if that doesn't work, to find help here in the forums. Resetting my password of course did NOTHING to fix this. Curious if this is working for other people?
