Linking Digital Editions to my Android and Windows PC

Hello. Recently I've downloaded Digital Editions to have access to a digital book. I would like to have access to the book on both of my devices (Android/Windows). Firstly, I downloaded the app on my phone and followed the steps to authorizing my account using my email. Everthing on my Android works perfectly the issue though is with my Windows PC. I downloaded the file off a university website and after signing in, the book I have on my Android doesn't show up for some reason only the Adobe tutorial book. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
