New laptop windows 10 - Adobe ID autorization process starts (so ID/password correct) but no ending

I installed ADE on my new HP-laptop with Windows 10, started ADE but could not get through the autorizationprocess. This process started , so ID and password are correctly put in, but the green progressline  keeps running, and did not get to an end. I tried what happens with all protections swittched off, but no difference. On my Medion-laptop also with Windows 10 there was no problem. Any idea if this is a firmware, windows 10 or software error?

I tried Bluefire, there was some computer activity, but the program did not start or closed inmediately.

I guess the problems are caused by the same error.

What could be the solution? Thanks in advance
