Adobe has left the Glowlight behind. One must install ADE 3.0 in order to borrow epub books from the library.
I might note that the Adobe License, ADE4510License.pdf, is 14 pages.
I suggest Adobe stop spending money on lawyers and instead hire a more capable software engineer who understands the concept of backward compatibility. And that marketing managers be removed to a safe distance until the product is finished.
What is a mystery to me is why the Adobe customer, Barnes & Noble, has put up with this.
