For the past 6-8 weeks I have had little success in downloading books to my kobo glo. I download from the library and usually only 1 of 4 books will transfer to my kobo properly. The error message receives is ...the document is protected by adobe DRM and is currently not authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign in with the authorized ID.....
why do some books download properly but not others? What is the fix?
I have adobe 4.5 installed and computer is windows 10. Please help, this is so frustrating.
I have the same problem and no solution . I can't download library books to my KOBO. I can open them in Adobe Digital Editions. I've been back to the library and downloaded the same books many times. I have also removed and downloaded Adobe Digital Editions again without success. Very frustrating and very difficult to get an answer or help.
I am having the same issue with my Nook Glowlight 3. About 1 week ago the Nook was no longer listed as 1 of my bookshelves, so while I can download the book, I can't get it onto my Nook. Very frustrating. Barnes & Noble sent me to Adobe tect support but they say they no longer support Digital Editions 4.5. Help?
