Password Issue

Adobe Digital Editions doesn't accept my password or permit me to reset it.

Have been able to change password for Adobe but not Digital Editions.

Need to open am acsm file.

Does anyone know a way to reset password specifically for Digital Editions?

Digital Edition accept no umlauts and special characters. Try it with numbers and letters (big and small).

Reset of password work only over www.adobe.com -> login

I have found that the (Change Password) does not allow a randomly assigned password if it includes the initial letter of my user id.  I could not get help to respond meaningfully, but was able to work around the issue by removing it and updating my Pw manager to compensate.

Again, not having an issue with Adobe login but with login for Adobe Digital Editions.
