PoketBook doesn´t synchronize with Adobe ID

Hello,

I try to open E-Books on my E-Book-reader but it didn´t accept my Adobe ID. I confirmed at desktop and also reset the intern storage at the E-Book-Reader.IMG_20200422_231855_resized_20200422_115051327.jpg
