Hello dear experts I purchased 2 books from kobo and at the purchase time everything was OK but after reinstalling windows on my leptop when I opened the epub files for reading it's asking the wender's adobe ID and password when I entered my own adobe ID and password it says that the account is not associated with those books. So my first question is how to find out the adobe ID associated with a particular file? Secondly when I tryed to redownload the file via exim/URL file received from kobo it's giving the following message: Unable to downloadError getting License. License Server Communication Problem:
E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER
So kindly help me how to solve this.
