Hi,

I tried to reset my password in order to be able to use Adobe DRM on my ebook reader (previously, I connected via Google). However, when I clicked on "Reset password" I received the following error code: a847b23c-6a52-451c-9b49-0a95fd8a7ba2.

What should I do now?
