Renew ebook in Digital Editions

Hi

I have downloaded ebooks from my university library search tool, and uploaded to digital editions. Ebooks seem to expire after about 3 days. I wish to know hoe to renew an ebook within digital editions rather than having to download a new ebook after the ebook expires. If I download a new ebook i lose all marked pages and highlighted text. Please can someone help?

Nobody can help in this point form adobe. You can only ask his library if can make it or not.
