There is not sinchronization between desktop and android editions

Hello, I write this because when I try to synchronize the books in my library (which can be synchronized) to the androd application this is not possible and in the android application nothing appears. I hope that you can help me to solve this problem.

Sync work only from mobile to desktop device - Not in the other direction.
