too many activations

i have the error message too many activations for my ADE and ereader.  I understand this is a simple solve by getting in contact with a Adobe customer support staff and requesting my authorizations are reset.  BUT I have spent hours going around in circles on this website with no success of finding a 'chat with a live staff' option or a phone number.  Someone please help me!  and please don't provide me with a link to the customer support page, because no where on that page is an option to chat or a phone number to call.
