I tried to open my tolino ebook-Reader and recieved this message. I've been trying to contact the suport to that they can reset my account, but y can't get through. Y also read in the Forum of this Problem. Y tried the link they gave to find the suport, but they always link me with the Forum.
I have the same Problem - and I wrote and wrote and read in These all Forums - nearly since 2 months.......absolutel< without any HELP. I can´t use my eREader and no one in THIS FORUM is able to solve my Problem!!!
