Too Many Auths

After having to replace, then reset, a Nook device, I'm receiving a "too many authorizations" error (likely due to the replacements/resets of the Nook and my Kobo devices) and cannot get it reauthed either through the ADE app or through the device itself.

 

Customer chat sent me here, so is there any way I can get my auths reset?
