How can I fix this problem?

and what have I to do now? If I press the "contact us" Button I am in another Chat. Can anyone reset the count?

mmh. its me again.

Feeling like running in a hamster wheel.

After we've found by adobe the right link for this case of trouble-shooting we came to a point of running in a loop. Adobe's answer is:

  To reset the activation contact customer support chat https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=ADE...

   Same problem here. Ik think denying people access to legally bought content is equivalent tot steel...

   Activation can only reset the customer support or adobe staff person.

How to contact Adobe????
