I contacted Adobe about a month ago because I couldn't connect to Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) anymore: the ID was associated with a now inactive email address (I forget to update my account) and I couldn't recover the password for the old email as I no longer have access to it (for some reason, the password was automatically reset and the code was sent to that inactive email). So the Adobe agent deauthorized the old email on which ADE was active and reativated it with my current email. I was able to successfully authorize ADE on my computer with the new Adobe ID... but when I transferred/migrated my library (didn't find any other way of doing that than by coping the "My Digital Editions" folder from old computer - Windows XP - to new one - Windows 10), I discovered that I can't read my drm-protected content (purchased ebooks) anymore! I get an Authorization Required error message stating that the file I'm trying to open isn't associated with my account. Thanks in advance for your help!
