First off, the fact that there's no phone support for this product is ridiculous.
Here's my issue. I created a Digital Editions Account on one computer. I want to transfer my purchases to a different computer. I can authorize my second computer and the purchases should download automatically.
However, they didn't. Looking more closely at the authorization info (Help>Authorization Information), I see that there are two separate numbers after my email address. One has my email address: m*****@*******.com and then AdobeID (um:uuid:*****....). On the other computer, it has my email address as the same and my code is now something different - the (um.uuid............) part.
