Hello, So I payed 65$ to download a book, I opened it about two times, but when I went to open it for the third time it kept on saying "error" and did not allow me to open the book at all. So I went online to look for solutions: they told me to unauthorize my computer, remove the book, reauthorize my computer, and then re-download the book. But when I went to redownload it says:
"Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:
E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"
I dont understand why this is occurring because I am using the same computer I downloaded the book on.
