Dear mister, miss,

I filed a ticket yesterday as I am experiencing trouble transferring e-books from Kobo to ADE.

I am unable to download them in ADE.

I have been on the Phone with KOBO who referred ne to you and after a rather unsatisfying  chat conversation I was referred to some forum.

I repeated my question and got an answer back that the problem was resolved.

When testing, it appeared not to be resolved.

I have spent a couple of hours already on trying to get this working and I am not able to get this up and running without your support. 

Could you please advise on how to move forward and let me know what I can expect from you or what it is that you need from me to provide support?
