Unable to download

i tried to download a file and it’s saying Unable to download. Error getting license server communication problem:  E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

It is a book from First to Read. I originally downloaded to my overdrive app but it wouldnt let me open the file. So I downloaded digital editions. But I can’t download the book.

If you get the error by the first download it seems a error in the eBook itself. Contact your library for return and start again.
