I´ve downloaded a book but everytime I try to read in Adobe Digital Editios it came with the next menssage:

Can you confirm the version of the software and the operating system you are using?

It sounds like the code needed to unlock the book and give you a licence for it does not match what you need or the device you have. You will probably need to check with the book provider.
