In the last two months many of our customers have encountered problems of authentication of licenses using Adobe Digital Edition app on IOS devices.
The problem detected is: "Connection Error Detected. Digital Editions could not connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the internet."
We have tested it using different mobile operators and wifi connections but the problem still remains.
Does anyone else have similar problems? Is there any kind of solution?
The same license activated on other apps like Bluefire Reader on the same device works correctly.
Please Adobe fix this problem.

I am having exactly the same problem! It is not on a mobile device but rather on the ADE downloaded on my laptop. It just started to show up after many months of successfully downloading ebooks from my regional library. What can we do to resolve this issue?
