where is my Adobe ID? page missing at http://www.adobe.com/it/products/digital-editions/ebookcreateid.html

here's the thing:

1. I purchased a book on a shop online
2. I received a file URLL.acsm
3. I go to http://goo.gl/JhWHjo  and click on "register"
4. the link goes to the installer page
5. I install Adobe Digital Edition on my pc
6. I launch the software
7. I drag and drop the file .acsm on the software
8. the software ask for "adobe ID" (see first image)
9. I click and reach the page http://www.adobe.com/it/products/digital-editions/ebookcreateid.html (see second image)
10. and the message is PAGE NOT FOUND

are you kidding me? Where's the "adobe ID" I need for obtain the book I already paid and still haven't??

The Adobe ID is the Mail Address of your Adobe Account. If you have no account by Adobe you have no adobe ID and must create a adobe account under www.adobe.com -> sign in > create a adobe ID.
