3D object - upload into platform to embed into website

Hi

I am trying to upload my dimension model into Vectary, Zakeke or any other platform that will let me convert my design into something that I can put on my website (Wix) as a part of the landing page (just to clarify it is only for display reasons NOT for product customization).

If anyone was able to upload their model into a website as a 360 image/model I would really appreciated it. I have spent over 100 hours on this single model and it would be a huge loss to start over now.

When I try to upload it, it says it has elements that aren't convertible even though it is in the correct file types.

I am stumped. Please help.
Thanks in advanced

allowed 3D files types are Fbx, Obj and Stl of which Adobe Dimension doesn't output any

if your model has basic textures or only needs a simple colour like red or blue then i'd export as Obj [convert that to standard wavefront Obj] but if you need more complex surfaces then Fbx is better [again you will need to convert it before upload]

without seeing the layout/ or model i can't help except to say Adobe uses Apple Metal drivers which is normally why their 3D stuff doesn't work... convert to nvidia standard fixes 99% of issues
