adobe dimension is creating dots on it's interface

pls help me i have lots of work to do its again and again creating dots when it move courser it just refresh it again to create dots around interface icons also in viewport

does it only play up like that while you are in the tour or is it all the time?

it's  creating  every time event system requirment is fulfilled

at this point I would try upgrading Dimension, or you can log it as a Gpu bug
