Adobe Dimension_Properties panel

Hello dear community, 

I would like to change W & H in properties for canvas size but there is no panel  to chose W and H.  See picture below.

What do I have missed ?

I read that I have to create a new camera to resize canvas but this isn't possible. Picture below
