First time using the software and it doesn't go past the splash screen (see attached image).
I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, cleaning the instalation completely etc., but no success so far.
Double and triple checked the minimum and recommended specs and nothing seems off.
So... I have no idea how to proceed. Any pointers would be welcome.
PC specs:
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900 2.40 GHz
RAM 64,0 GB (Driver version: 31.0.14058.6003)
AMD Radeon RX6400
Windows 11 Pro - Version 23H2

I have looked through the installed apps and found no sign of such thing installed. What could be the issue with this compatibility pack? Is there a chance that something else might share something with it that might be causing the issue?
What other options I have to troubleshoot? Is there a log in some adobe folder to try and solve this mistery? Its honestly kind o appalling how many have had similar problems and no solution has been found.

Try to use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation issues

The software isn't actually frozen; you just need to wait at least a couple of minutes for it to start up. I've gotten used to this a long time ago.
