Hi there,

I am attempting to open Dimension, and it tends to just hang after the loading screen is gone and just hangs out in the bottom tray, not opening.

My computer specs below:

Intel i5-8400 @2.8 Ghz
16 gigs of ram
G Force GTX 1060 - 3 gb of video ram
Vmem - 49.9 GB
Available Vmem- 29.9 GB

I have tried a proper uninstall and reinstall to no luck.

I have ran Dimension in the past on the PC with no problem.

Thanks for any help

something can be wrong with your video card driver. Reinstall or update them. You can also try Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems after uninstalling Dn.
