Adobe Dimensions Issue with creative Cloud Account

i am not able to access my libraries within adobe dimensions on Mac.

it keeps reverting with "To use creative cloud Libraries, Please sign in to Creative Cloud Account" and when i hover over The Cloud icon at the bottom it says " Signed out of Creative Cloud"

i am already signed in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

 

i am not sure what i am missing!

apprecaite any help!

P.S: i have an ALL APPS Plan

Could you please try to logout via CCD and log back in? 
Also you can try to end the "CCLibrary" process in Activity Monitor (please, see attached screenshot).
Does Libraries Panel load fine in another Appications?
