Bug Report Dimension

I was trying to render and Dimension thought about it for a while then returned a request to send a bug report (attached below). I'm not sure what caused the error, but I can't move forward with my work until it's resolved. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

are you using a personal account to add fonts?

a screenshot of the scene or share the Dn file would be better than the log because most users don't know how to read it
