Can't rotate around image

Hello,

After adding the background and matching the image.

I want to get closer view of the image so i use the dolly tool. But it moves the objects instead of the camera?

Same with the rotate tool.

If i take the background off. Now i can rotate around the object etc.

How do i rotate around the image after adding the background?

As I am aware that is not possible.
