I can not edit anything in dimension cc. The work area does not present any object or background image ... Even when creating a new document, the same thing happens in the work area: I select any object to edit it and I can not see anything on the stage. I open previous files and I can not visualize their contents either ...
Thanks Francisco,
Do you have multiple video cards in your system?
This could be due to an integrated GPU kicking in or possibly bad driver -- Might try setting the default GPU and see if that helps:
Optimize performance Dimension CC
Let us know if that helps out.

Hi Francisco,
Sorry for the blank stage in Dimension CC.
Has it ever worked for you?
What are your system's specs?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Dimension to see if that'll help resolve this?

Give that a try and let us know if it helps.

Thanks for answering.
Upon uninstalling and reinstalling it, I had already tried it before requesting help in the forum. I have no idea how it can be solved, my computer covers the requirements. In fact last year I used the application without problem, just over 1 month ago I needed dimension cc and it was how I detected the problem.
