Dimension 4.0.2 crashes when importing dn file

I am really excited to try Dimension v4, but it consistently fails to import dn file with a fairly simple model (model purchased on Adobe Stock with psd decals on it). I am on M1 Mac Sonoma. Would appreeciate any support.

Just a follow-up: I have spend this morning with three separate adobe support agents trying to get Dimension 4 to work. They could not help me and in the proces they changed dozens of low-level system settings (like allowing root access to my computer, adding write permissions to Everyone to various system folders like Library, …). After the screensharing got reset, they could not restore the settings so I spent the rest of the day trying to fix things so my Mac is secure again. I don't think I suceeded fully and am planning a full and utterly painful re-install :(. 

I have reproduced the same issue on my Win 11 machine, so it is a Dimension problem, not my Mac problem.

I would not recommend working with Adobe support. Hopefully someone from product team will work on this and I can finally update to version 4.
